Nutrition Advice 1

My advice is to eat healthy diet to maintain the body in great shape. I eat as clean and healthy as possible and sometimes indulge into a delicious waffle cone sugar free fruit bowl, acai, or pitaya bowl. there so many different diets for different body shapes and sizes... Try adding more Vegetables to your diet as a source of antioxidants and vitamins that can keep your body healthy fit, stress free, focused and energetic. If you want to build muscle you obviously have to add more protein to your diet and engage in a work out of your preference that helps you attain that goal. If I want to get leaner I eat less carbs and more veggies. .. Always ask your nutrition consultant nutritionist RD.
